I am so glad this a hoax, I am a dog person and believe my dog has a soul along with personality! As I do believe god loved animals too, if he did not he could have picked and choosen which ones not to put on the ark! Take that to whomever took the time to make these crazy signs!

As a Catholic growing up in Chicago, I went to St. Anne's. When I was 6 and our dog died, I lit a candle for her. Our deacon asked what I was doing, I told him, and he was affronted that I would expect a mere dog to be in heaven, that "man was created in God's likeness" and that heaven was available only to "man". Being a good little catholic schoolgirl I figured that if she wasn't in heaven, that she was in hell, I solemly advised him that when I died, I wanted to go to hell to be with my dog... Our Pastor, Father Schreiber passed by and heard a 6-year-old who wanted to go to hell... He hurried up to us (I remember being intimidated) and asked what was going on, our deacon described our conversation. I remember his reaction very well - it has stayed with me for over 30 years: "April? Do you understand that you are going to school to learn the ways of the world so that you will be prepared to be an adult?" (I nodded yes) "Well, Deacon ... here is studying to be a priest, and he hasn't finished yet. Just like you haven't learned math or science, he hasn't learned that all of God's creatures go to heaven. Your dog is waiting for you with God, and both will see you many many years from now."
That's as much as I know. It's always been good enough for me.

In response to JB, read Genesis 1: 29-30. (King James) If you do a study on the phrase "wherein there is life", you will find that it translates to "a living soul". Oh how arrogant human beings are!

Here is the answer from Bro. William Branham:
------------------
Someone said, "There's no animals in heaven." Now, that's just all you know about the Bible. Where is them horses that come down and took Elijah up? Where's that horse that the Son of God come and riding on a white charger, dipped in Blood? When's the wolf and lamb going to feed together, and the ox and the lion eat straw together? Where's that going be at? See? If there isn't there? Sure, they're there. God loses nothing. Certainly, they'll be there.

My faithful and loving companion of 15 years died this weekend, and personally I don't want to go to Heaven if my dog isn't waiting there for me. He was unfailingly good-natured and selfless, and more deserving of reward in the afterlife than a lot of humans that I know.

I just recently got this email about All Dogs Go To Heaven---and thought I would look to see what has been said about it. I am grateful for the biblical passages mentioned here concerning the beasts and where they go when they die. I had been in this discussion before, with another truck driver (I am a truck driver) as I believe that all animals go to heaven. I really upset that driver. He was studying to be a minister, and does not believe that animals have a soul. I happen to believe they do. God created everything with 3 elements, and I believe all creatures were created with a body, a soul, and spirit and of course blood is our life line. The Bible was meant for sinful man---and that is why the Bible is not specifically clear as to the animals. The animals do not sin--the Bible is clear on who was born with sin---man--humans. We are the ones who need the Bible for guidance and teachings etc. Animals only kill for their food. They do not over-kill, they do not kill for pleasure, and they do not kill out of hatred or anger. Any one who can read and understand the Bible, should be clearly able to see and understand, and know that the Bible is meant for sinful humans. And just cause it isn't in the Bible, does not mean that something does not happen or occur. Thank you for listening to my thoughts and comments. Charlene
